Aircraft tooling.

Aircraft maintenance stands.
Aircraft maintenance stands provide a safe and efficient way to access aircraft at height in order to perform daily maintenance and inspection duties. We have available aircraft work access platforms, including aircraft fuel stands, aircraft maintenance ladders and aircraft section-specific maintenance platforms, such as over wing maintenance stands and aircraft engine maintenance stands. Our maintenance stands are designed for a variety of aircraft, from small jets to large commercial aircraft.
Aircraft wheel equipment.
For tyre and brake changing operations in the hangar or on the ramp, we have available a selection of aircraft wheel equipment, including Iron Tire aircraft flat tyre dollies, tyre and brake dollies and tyre service trailers. This ground support equipment can also be used to move disabled aircraft from the taxiway or runway.
Aircraft axle jacks.
Aircraft axle jacks are designed to lift aircraft for maintenance purposes, including changing tyres, servicing aircraft wheels and brake servicing. We have available 12 ton aircraft axle jacks, 25 ton aircraft axle jacks and dual 12 and 25 aircraft axle jacks. These hydraulic lifting axle jacks feature manual hand pumps, steel construction, safety relief valve and use 5606 hydraulic fluid.
Aircraft cleaning products.
Our range of aircraft cleaning products includes exterior aircraft cleaning products, such as general aircraft and heavy-duty cleaners, land gear cleaners and fuselage cleaners; interior aircraft cleaning products and aircraft paint removers.
Aircraft hydraulic power units.
Pressurised hydraulic fluid is essential to perform various types of aircraft maintenance. Aircraft hydraulic power units (HPUs) are used to deliver this pressurised hydraulic fluid and to test, filter and refill aircraft hydraulic systems. We have available Hydraulic Power Units Size 2 with 20-gallon fluid reservoir and Hydraulic Power Units Size 3 with 60-gallon fluid reservoir.
