    Product Description

    Our Self-Generating Nitrogen Servicing Cart (SGNSC) has been designed to overcome the outmoded and costly traditional methods of using high-pressure nitrogen gas cylinders or liquid nitrogen conversion systems.

    With the SGNSC, nitrogen demand can be provided immediately. The diesel driven configuration enables supply of nitrogen at remote locations, whereas the electric variant can be used in hangar settings.

    The SGNSC can be used for a range of ramp applications that includes filling tires, shock absorbers, or other components that require pressurized nitrogen gas. It can also be used to fill high-pressure nitrogen gas cylinders where needed.

    The SGNSC uses a proprietary technology called Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) to extract nitrogen from the surrounding air and compress it into a usable form. The process involves passing compressed air through a material called a molecular sieve, which selectively adsorbs oxygen and other gases, leaving behind pure nitrogen. The nitrogen is then stored in a high-pressure tank on the cart and delivered to the service point through a hose and nozzle.

    Our Self Generating Nitrogen Servicing Cart (SGNSC) has undergone extensive and rigorous testing to validate its suitability for military usage in a diverse range of climates, environments, and conditions.

    The high-pressure variant the SGNSC has been specifically designed to support the F-16 Fighting Falcon.

    The SGNSC eliminates cross contamination problems. Aircraft grounding damage is often caused by the failure of critical seals. The root cause of these failures has been traced to contamination, rust and dirt introduced from the nitrogen cylinders. The sealed system on the SGNSC eliminates the primary cause of this contamination.

    The SGNSC totally eliminates logistical wastage created by nitrogen cylinder systems. Once deployed to the forward location, the SGNSC requires no additional logistical support beyond the availability of aircraft jet fuel.

    • On-board nitrogen purity analyser continuously and automatically maintains the nitrogen purity
    • Nitrogen supply pressure is automatically regulated. System turns on at the specified minimum pressure and off at maximum pressure.
    • Operator requirements are reduced to starting and stopping the unit
    • Safety shutdowns are automatically activated
    • Doors are located at all maintenance check points
    • The lightweight fiberglass cover tilts up for increased access
    • The canopy is removable by two persons (no tools required) for full access
