Product Description
The LC100G gasoline lavatory service cart features a Honda WX15 gas pump, capable of pumping 75.7 litres (20 gallons) of fluid per minute at 50 psi maximum. Additionally, this cart comes equipped with a back-up hand pump, which is able to pump 3.8 litres (1 gallon) of fluid every four strokes.
With a waste capacity of 257.4 litres (68 gallons) and a fill capacity of 13 litres (36 gallons), this lavatory service cart is able to handle all corporate jets. Additionally, with a strong and sturdy galvanised chassis that incorporates heavy-duty running gear, this unit can be towed long distances.
The LC100 series comes equipped with rotomoulded polyethylene tanks, which are impact-resistant and UV-resistant, for long term outdoor use. Rotational moulded polyethylene tanks have several benefits, including: long lifespan, rust and corrosion resistance, environmental stress crack resistance durability and ease of transport, due to its light weight.
These series also come complete with a fill water drain-back system and a gravity waste dump system, thus a waste pump is not necessary. The connection between the service cart and the aircraft is achieved with a 2.2-metre-long waste hose with a straight GA coupler, a 3.1-metre-long sealed cart dump hose and a 3.7-metre-long fill hose, inclusive of a fill coupler and plug.
The configurations of the waste valve can be the following: standard outlet with dump hose; 90-degree downturn (downturn elbow with safety cap) or closed waste assembly valve.
