Product Description
The HT-7M Helicopter Towbar is fabricated to withstand the forces of pushback and towing operations when attached to the skids of the Northrop Grumman MQ-8 (B & C) Fire Scout UAV as well as the Bell Huey family of helicopters, including the UH-1, AH-1, 204/205, 206A, 206B, 212 AND 412 type helicopters. This towbar will also fit Eurocopter skids (except AS-365 & EC-155).
This towbar is a simple, easy-to-use towing solution that can be installed in 5 minutes and will not interfere with equipment mounted underneath the helicopter. To install, place the caster wheels over the skid tubes, then raise the helicopter up on the ground handling wheel. Allow enough room to slip the nylon straps under the skid and into the ratchets – ratchet the skid up into the rubber protected cups.
This towbar requires the use of ground handling wheels that must be purchased separately if your helicopter does not have them factory installed.
