Our 2 bottle tilt ‘n’ tow nitrogen system service cart is ideal for use on the ramp or in the hangar. Bottles load vertically, making loading and unloading a single person job and with its compact size it allows for easy manoeuvrability.
Indexed locking platforms allow bottles to lock in multiple positions depending on application. Pneumatic tires and front swivel casters allow for easy manoeuvrability by hand as well as providing superior stability while towing. There is also ample room for booster, regulators and hoses.
Includes everything required to provide N2 service for aircraft (except for the bottles and gas):
- Powder coated tilting 2 bottle cart with heavy duty wheels and pneumatic tires (accommodates standard “K” size bottles, 9″ x 56″)
- ENB-45 nitrogen booster
- 2 bottle low/high pressure nitrogen regulator with 15″ (38.1 cm) delivery hose and inflating valve adapter
- Hose kits for connecting booster, regulators, and bottles
Note: For customers outside of North America, a standard CGA connector that will connect to any North American gas cylinder will be supplied. Customers outside of North America should also provide their local gas cylinder connection information to ensure a proper fit.
